Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Sales & Rental Executive to manage and expand our corporate and long-term rental business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet sales, customer relationship management, and rental operations. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, market knowledge, and the ability to drive revenue growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

✔ Experience: Minimum 3 years in fleet sales and car rental business.
✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
✔ Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
✔ Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
✔ Driving License: A valid UAE/GCC driving license (preferred).

Responsibilities:

✅ Fleet Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients for long-term rental and lease agreements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.

✅ Fleet Management & Rental Operations:

  • Work closely with the fleet team to ensure vehicle availability and allocation for corporate clients.
  • Monitor fleet utilization, contract renewals, and rental extensions.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for vehicle delivery, maintenance, and returns.

✅ Market Research & Strategy:

  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and fleet occupancy.
  • Provide insights on pricing, promotions, and corporate packages.

✅ Customer Service & Coordination:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their concerns and service requirements.
  • Ensure timely responses to client inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and fleet allocations.

✅ Reporting & Performance Tracking:

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
  • Track sales targets, fleet utilization, and revenue growth.
  • Suggest improvements in fleet offerings and service quality.
