This is a temporary position.
The Manager, Business Development will help grow the Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy (HVMB) business in the division by identifying, vetting and performing due diligence on Home Management Companies (HMCs). To accomplish this, the role will review, approve and finalize contract materials and manage the onboarding of HMCs and/or Connectivity Providers. Success in the position requires working with pace and problem solving in order to onboard HMCs to meet individual unit goals and bring on inventory that contributes to meeting team goals on Revenue, Booking Rate and Intent to Recommend.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
- Real estate, home rental development, property management and/or OTA experience
Responsibilities:
- Informs, updates, and provides information to supervisors and co-workers in a timely manner.
- Attends and participates in all relevant meetings.
- Maintains positive working relations with internal customers, HMCs/ Connectivity Providers and the wider HVMB team.
- Manages time effectively and conducts activities in an organized manner.
- Performs other reasonable duties as assigned by manager.
The hourly pay range for this position is $42.93 to $53.46.
