JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to enhance their shopping experience. Your primary focus will be on understanding customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in identifying their needs.
  • Provide knowledgeable advice on products and services to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
  • Assist in maintaining a visually appealing store by following visual merchandising guidelines
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of product offerings, promotions, and company policies.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
  • Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets, KPIs and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Manage stock levels and organisation, ensuring the store is always well presented.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
