As a Flexible Space Performance Analyst at Sainsbury’s, you will play a crucial role in producing actionable insights on the performance of flexible space, such as Plinths, Shippers, and Pallets, across various Channels and Business Units. Your responsibilities will include analysing and interpreting data from multiple sources to provide engaging stories on flexible space performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and aligning strategies to drive commercial success and enhance customer satisfaction. You will lead the periodic PIR process, support key projects with insightful analysis, define project hypotheses and KPIs, and communicate recommendations effectively to stakeholders at different levels. Your ability to work with data, interpret trends, and communicate complex information in a clear and engaging manner will be essential in shaping the future direction of flexible space within Sainsbury’s Food & GM Commercial divisions.
