Responsibilities:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Flight Crew Training Generalist, with functional relationship with FCTSS, reports too the Director Flight Crew Training (DFCT).
The Flight Crew Training Generalist supports Director Flight Crew Training (DFCT), Chief Flight Instructors (CFI), Chief Ground Instructor (CGI) and Flight Crew Training Senior Supervisor (FCTSS).

The Flight Crew Training Generalist administrates the Flight Crew Training Department to ensure the completion of the flight crew training in the most effective way by:

  • Coordinating all questions and matters relating to training
  • Liaising with the Director Flight Crew Training (DFCT), Flight Crew Training Senior Supervisor (FCTSS), Chief Flight Instructor (CFI) and Chief Ground Instructor (CGI) to coordinate training requirements with operation necessities
  • Liaising with all training staff to ensure personal support and communication at regular intervals
  • Coordinating with Crew Planning Department and Scheduling Department

Furthermore, with regards to AIROPS, PART.FCL and IOSA requirements, the Flight Crew Training Generalist is responsible for the compilation of the annual training plan and the respective administration

YOUR TASKS:

  • Organizing all Flight Crew Training courses internally
  • Coordinating trainings at subcontracted Training Organizations
  • Preparation of required training material
  • Providing all necessary training information to crew members and staff
  • Providing training courses support including relevant pre and post duties for flight crews and staff
  • Updating data in AIMS and DHA TMS on all expiry dates of crew checks and other documents required
  • Filing of training documents
  • Verifying submission and accuracy of training reports by the trainers
  • Validation, recognition and administration of crew licenses and medicals
  • Filing of training staff certificates and ACG and other EASA NAA`s approvals
  • Support generating monthly training reports Finance and Safety department, as well as other reports, as requested by DFCT
  • Maintaining the FCT KPI system

Additionally, the Flight Crew Training Generalist supports Director Flight Crew Training, chief Flight Instructor and Chief Ground Instructor in the following non-routine activities:

  • Development and implementation of:
  • Coherent training policies
  • Training programs
  • New training syllabi
  • Necessary forms for all required training and checking
  • Preparation, development, amendment and control of training manuals
  • Administrative support in developing the recurrent training program every 6 to 12 months
  • Administrative support in revising the OM-D and other FCT documentation
  • Promote DHA culture of safety and compliance
  • Making proposals for improving safety standards and efficiency in training and line operations
  • Support the DFCT to prepare internal or external audits for FCT
  • Scheduling of assessments and simulator screenings
  • Support with FCT projects as requested by DFCT
  • Attendance, participation or organization of FCT meetings as requested by DFCT
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned by the DFCT
  • Represent DHA FCT at seminars, meetings and other establishments as requested by DFCF
