Job type:

• Part-time job
• Work location: On-site, Budapest Airport

Tasks:

• Ensure the highest standard of passenger service level is kept at all times
• Resolve complex issues promptly and professionally
• Handle incapacitated and reduced mobility passengers with exceptional sensitivity
• Ensure full cooperation with Operational Control Centre
• Verify and countersign all load sheets before presenting to the captain
• Supply handling agent with all necessary instructions/ information to guarantee proper handling of EL AL flights according company procedures
• Ensure full acquaintance with loading procedures for all aircraft including cargo
• Ensure sufficient staff availability and performance standards of interior aircraft cleaners

Requirements:

• Flexible personality (There are flexible shifts, both morning and evening)
• Excellent English language (due to interaction partners and passengers)
• Hungarian language
