Our Coffee Shop Assistants are the face of our Coffee Shops, and we are looking for bright, passionate and confident people to join our team. As a Coffee Shop Assistant with Honesty Group you will be serving our customers delicious coffee, freshly-baked bread, cake and pastries, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. Hours: 30 hours per week with opportunity to do more..
This position is to essentially float around and be available to work at one of our many different locations!
The experience you will receive working at our different locations could lead to further career opportunities over time.

GENERAL DUTIES:

• Ensuring entire shop is clean and tidy, items are replenished for the next day
• Sweep / mop floors
• Clean toilets, mop floor (in relevant shops)
• Tidy and clean outdoor areas
• Tidy stockroom
• Check all equipment is cleaned and switched off
• Place orders with Head Office for stock items / products
• Log waste
• Cash up and place cash in safe place
• Lock up
• Support the manager/supervisor with creating inspirational social media content
