Floating Coffee Shop Assistant

Our Coffee Shop Assistants are the face of our Coffee Shops, and we are looking for bright, passionate and confident people to join our team. As a Coffee Shop Assistant with Honesty Group you will be serving our customers delicious coffee, freshly-baked bread, cake and pastries, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. Hours: 15 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours.
This role offers the unique opportunity to be flexible and work across multiple locations as needed. By gaining experience in various settings, you’ll have the chance to develop your skills and potentially unlock further career opportunities over time.

GENERAL DUTIES:

• Ensuring entire shop is clean and tidy, items are replenished for the next day
• Sweep / mop floors
• Clean toilets, mop floor (in relevant shops)
• Tidy and clean outdoor areas
• Tidy stockroom
• Check all equipment is cleaned and switched off
• Place orders with Head Office for stock items / products
• Log waste
• Cash up and place cash in safe place
• Lock up
• Support the manager/supervisor with creating inspirational social media content
