Description:

We’re currently recruiting a dedicated Floor Ambassador to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Restaurant Associates on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.
As a Floor Ambassador, you will work with the Floor Ambassador Supervisor to ensure the general wellbeing of the office space by working closely with employees.. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Support workplace experience by being a focal point for employees
  • Conduct regular office walks to identify any cleanliness or maintenance issues and action accordingly
  • Assist with implementation of the clear desk policy, including managing lost property.
  • Rearranging office furniture and workstations as required.
  • Assist employees with access and key card issues, plus general building security.
  • Restocking and maintenance of floor stationery supplies
  • Willingness to take relevant first aid and fire safety warden training.
  • You will be proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Ability to identify and track KPI’s
