Responsibilities:
In this role you will be direct support to the Nurse Unit Manager of the Theatre Unit and will assist in ensuring the efficient and effective management of all human & material resources within the department. The role encompasses planning, implementing and evaluating all practices, processes and clinical services of the unit.
You will also facilitate the smooth running of the department and operating sessions, coordinating the continuum of care relating directly to surgical/anaesthetic intervention to provide an optimal surgical outcome for patients in the perioperative unit.
This role will suit either an experienced perioperative clinical manager or an experienced perioperative nurse looking to progress their career into clinical leadership.
