Hours: 40 Hours
Pay: £28,000 - £31,000 (based on experience)
Bonus: 20% potential

Responsibilities:

ROLE SUMMARY:

As the Floor Manager, you will play a crucial role in achieving the PRS& Samsung goals. You’ll be responsible for aligning with the PRS& Samsung brand and ethos, while delivering inspirational customer service, maintaining operational compliance, and executing strategies that enrich our customers’ lives through unrivalled interactions with Samsung products.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Resource Management: Manage store resources and ensure adherence to store standards.
  • Assistant Manager Support: Deputise for the Assistant Manager in their absence, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Shift Management: Handle key holding and general shift management to keep things running smoothly.
