Floor Staff for Wine Bar

at  Townhouse on the Green

We are currently recruiting for experienced Waiting/Floor Staff to join our wine bar team at Cellar 22, located within Townhouse on the Green which is centrally located in the city centre and overlooking St Stephen’s Green.
As a Waiting Staff, you will be working with our front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional service and providing an unforgettable wine bar experience for our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills and a keen eye for detail, this is the perfect role for you.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a wine bar or restaurant
• Proven leadership abilities and strong communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with grace
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required

• Oversee the daily operations of the front-of-house team
• Coordinate seating arrangements and ensure efficient table turnover
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and assist with guest inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Collaborate with the management team to enhance guest satisfaction and optimise service quality
