Description:

Grind is a hospitality company that lives in London. Since opening Shoreditch Grind in 2011, the brand has expanded across London with restaurants and café-bars, burning the candle at both ends to serve coffee, food, and cocktails to a killer soundtrack.
We are looking for driven and experienced floor staff who are passionate about the hospitality industry and progressing their career. The atmosphere in Grind is fast-paced and vibrant, with strong emphasis on quality service. As a GRIND floor staff member, you will be quick on your feet, confident in delivering our GRIND steps of service and never mind getting your hands dirty!
To be eligible for this position, you will need to have 1 year of experience working in a restaurant (or similar) customer-focused environment and have a clear understanding of what it takes to deliver 5 star customer service.

  • Possess strong communication skills to enable effective dialogue with colleagues and customers
