Job Type: Full-time
responsibilities:
- Create stunning floral arrangements, bouquets, and other plant-related products
- Select and purchase fresh flowers and supplies
- Care for and maintain plants and flowers in our shop
- Provide exceptional customer service and make sales
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with our team to create and implement marketing strategies
- Work with event planners and other professionals to create custom floral designs
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of Uae experience as a florist
- Knowledge of flower care and handling
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to lift and move plants and supplies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Formal training in floristry
- Experience with wedding and event flowers
- Knowledge of plant and flower varieties
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,800.00 per mont
