Responsibilities:
As a Flow Assembly & Standard Test Continuous Improvement, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating cross-functional team to perform activities supporting by Lean Architecture
- Leading strategic projects to improve efficiency, process capabilities, quality, fulfillment, safety and productivity in each product Line inside the Flow Assembly Cell
- Collaborating with shop and with manufacturing and engineering departments in order to maximize efficiency, cost-out and lead time reduction for our product
- Working with cross-functional teams to assure actions & parameters required for capability and capacity expansion
- Cover Ideas to improve New Products in MFG Assembly Area
- Collaborate with Assembly & Testing Shop Team to collect and prioritize improvement activitie
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Production Process and Equipment equivalent experience
- Show solid leadership experience gained in a supply chain or manufacturing environment
- Demonstrate knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma and using it to shape improvements and sustain performance
- Operational Excellence attitude and capability
- Have a deep understanding of Process Safety Management (PSM) and Health, Safety and Environmental practices
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and teams
- Display a thorough and logical approach to proactively solving complex problems and implementing solutions
- Be fluent both in Italian and in Englis
