Responsibilities:

As a Flow Assembly & Standard Test Continuous Improvement, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating cross-functional team to perform activities supporting by Lean Architecture
  • Leading strategic projects to improve efficiency, process capabilities, quality, fulfillment, safety and productivity in each product Line inside the Flow Assembly Cell
  • Collaborating with shop and with manufacturing and engineering departments in order to maximize efficiency, cost-out and lead time reduction for our product
  • Working with cross-functional teams to assure actions & parameters required for capability and capacity expansion
  • Cover Ideas to improve New Products in MFG Assembly Area
  • Collaborate with Assembly & Testing Shop Team to collect and prioritize improvement activitie

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Production Process and Equipment equivalent experience
  • Show solid leadership experience gained in a supply chain or manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma and using it to shape improvements and sustain performance
  • Operational Excellence attitude and capability
  • Have a deep understanding of Process Safety Management (PSM) and Health, Safety and Environmental practices
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and teams
  • Display a thorough and logical approach to proactively solving complex problems and implementing solutions
  • Be fluent both in Italian and in Englis
