Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Provide exceptional customer support via calls, chats, and emails;
- Ensure timely and high-quality user support;
- Resolve technical issues and provide consultations;
- Maintain documentation of user inquiries and resolved problems;
- Adhere to established deadlines for task completion;
- Regularly provide updates on the status of tasks and projects;
- Collaborate with other departments for swift problem resolution.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
- 1+ years of experience in customer/technical support;
- Excellent English skills (B2-Upper-intermediate level for both spoken and written);
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, attention to detail;
- Analytical and research skills;
- Positive and responsible attitude;
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
