Description:
To support and be responsible for the allocation of work to the Domestic Staff across multiple sites. Ensuring that a responsive high-quality service is provided to meet the needs of the user. To supervise and work with the Domestic Staff to provide an efficient and cost-effective service, ensuring staff are appropriately deployed and are equipped with the necessary equipment and that the Trust Policies and Procedures are adhered to. Able to liaise appropriately and professionally with own staff and all other service users.
Responsible to ensure service delivery in line with National Standards of Healthcare Cleanliness 2021
