Description:

OPERATIONS

  • Manage the delivery of planned and reactive Hard FM services across all properties having total responsibility for operational performance (Direct labour and specialist Sub-Contractors), Health & Safety, Human Resource Management, meeting all quality & compliance standards and service level agreements to achieve targeted profitability.
  • Review all existing site-specific policies and operational procedures to ensure they fit with Integral’s value framework and making all necessary changes to ensure our operational delivery model is consistent with ISO 9001 standards and the requirements of our client(s).
  • Lead the liaison with Client Representatives (both MoD & LM) ensuring positive constructive relationships are developed based on a long-term partnership approach.
  • Manage and monitor operational performance, providing formal monthly performance monitoring reports to LM to the required standard and content confirming compliance with the requirements of the contract and identifying issues for discussion, future workload, risks and opportunities.
  • Practice effective risk management, establishing controls, procedures, health and safety systems, audits etc which ensure that services are compliant with legislation and that contingency plans are in place.
  • Ensure that all legislative requirements are met across all properties.
  • Act as Responsible Person Legionella (Water)and Fire for the contract.
  • Develop a Contract Risk Register to manage and monitor operational and commercial risks as they become known.
  • Production of high-quality technical reports to support position statements in response to significant reactive breakdowns and/or client requests or when seeking additional expenditure approvals.
  • Develop and communicate out of hours call-out rota to ensure adequate resource availability is available to meet operational demands.

Responsibilities:

It is desirable for the applicant to have a technical background and associated qualification, the properties offer significant technical, operational and security related challenges and the role will involve specification setting and sourcing of technical components where a knowledge of M&E will be vital in reducing business risk.

  • Industry relevant qualifications
  • Experience of working within a military environment is preferable.
  • High level of Technical, administration and organisational skills
  • Computer literate in CAFM, Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Excellent report writing skills
  • All successful candidates must be able to pass a DBS check at Integral’s cost
