This is a one-year temporary position covering parental leave, with the possibility of extension.

- Experience from the telecom industry or another subscription-based business
Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the business development of FMC concepts and propositions, which entails idea and concept development, market analysis, commercial design, support during product development and eventually go-to-market
- Design value propositions and product offerings to drive revenue growth through cross-sell and upsell
- Collaborate closely with product and IT teams to ensure commercial alignment with demand and development processes
- Provide commercial support on customer journeys, optimizing customer experiences and building strategies to drive FMC through increased product penetration into Swedish households
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to ensure Tele2’s FMC value proposition remains competitive
