We are an innovative FMCG distribution business with logistics assets across the region. As our business scales to meet customer demand, we are looking for a candidate who is able to work with our regional and local teams on operational activities centered around data, processes and finance. The goal is to enable our business model to grow speedily and sustainably.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Preferred experience in: Finance, Logistics, FMCG Supply Chain, Operations

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot technical issues arising from the use of the distributor management system by NinjaMart staff across Peninsular Malaysia, acting as the HQ liaison and subject matter expert for technical resolutions
  • Identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives to enhance provision of services by reviewing and revising operational processes, policies, standard operating procedures and work instructions and introduce key improvement plans for execution.
  • Supporting and ensuring smooth execution of daily operational activities across multiple locations.
  • Plan upskilling workshops for the ground team with regards to system related changes and best practices
  • Design and implement systems improvements to optimize operational and commercial capabilities.
  • Governing and aligning cross departmental operational processes, and departmental goals with overall strategy.
  • Develop staff capability, knowledge, skills and understanding of the Operations support operations and business needs.
  • Ensure all SOP are adhered to and documented in a timely and accurate manner.
    This is a key role that will have an impact in supporting the growth of a regional scale-up. The ideal candidate is someone who has a Finance/Logistics background,quick to think on their feet and able to contribute to strategically growing a business
