We want to provide the best possible service and take the stress out of what can be a very difficult time; so, it’s imperative that we deliver on our commitment to provide the best care to our clients.
Due to continued growth, have an exciting opportunity within our contact centre as a Team Manager within the First Notification of Loss (FNOL) team. As a Team Manager, you will lead, support, engage and motivate a team of Claim Handlers to achieve continuously improving service delivery. Reporting into the Contact Centre Operations Manager, you will be an integral part of the claims team.

Salary - £24,000 - £30,000 per annum based on experience, enhanced by a generous bonus.

About You

  • You will have experience in a Claims or Contact Centre, with a proven track record in supervision and coaching.
  • You posses strong organizational & time management skills.
  • You will be committed to continuous improvement, with the ability to motivate and engage your team.
  • You can manage KPIS and targets while maintaining professionalism in challenging situations.
  • You excel in customer care and building relationships at all levels.
