Wir suchen einen Focus Point Coordinator / Planning Specialist (m/w/d), der uns bei der Gestaltung der Zukunft unterstützt.

Tätigkeitsbeschreibung:

  • Kontaktperson für Anfragen aus dem Customer Care Center
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen Partner, Customer Care Center und Versand
  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Bestände im Fertigwarenlager
  • Pflege der Planungsparameter im SAP System (z.B. Routing von Produkte in der Fabrik; alternative Maschinen)
  • Verantwortung für die Mengenbedarfsplanung sowie Kapazitätsplanung in Nürnberg gefertigten Produkte (von Halbfabrikat bis zum Endprodukt), die am Warenlager Nürnberg und an den internationalen Lägern vorgehalten werden
  • Pflege und Abstimmung des Datenplanes und Produktionsplans selbständig sowie in Absprache mit den lokalen Planern
  • Erstellen der Produktionaufträge für Lagerartikel und kundenspezifische Produktionen im SAP
  • Pflege der Termininformationen aller aus Nürnberg generierten Transferaufträgen sowie deren Abwicklung (Cockpit), bis zur Lieferung
  • Kontrolle der Lagerbestände der verabredeten Menge pro Kabeltyp/Woche, auch der internationalen Standorte
  • Verantwortung für die Pflege des Auftragsdatenbestandes in SAP
  • Reporting an den Produktionsleiter in Nürnberg

We are looking for an experienced Focus Point Coordinator / Planning Specialist (m/f/d) to help us shape the future.

Based in Nuremberg, your position and tasks will include:

  • Being the contact person for inquiries from the Customer Care Center
  • Close cooperation with local planners, customer care centers and shipping
  • Responsibility for maintaining the specified stocks in the finished goods warehouse
  • Maintenance of the planning parameters in the SAP system together with the Demand Planner
  • Responsibility for the quantity requirement planning of all cables manufactured in Nuremberg, which are kept at the finished goods warehouse.
  • Maintenance and coordination of the data plan in consultation with the local planners
  • Creation of production orders for stock items in SAP
  • Maintenance of the appointment information in all transfer orders generated from Nuremberg
  • Control of stocks (Nuremberg and also at other locations) and the agreed quantities per cable type and week
  • Responsibility for maintaining the order database in SAP
  • Reporting to the data cable production manager in Nuremberg
