Ruby Dining Restaurant is seeking an energetic individual with a passion for hospitality, gourmet cuisine, and exceptional customer service to join our growing team! We currently have opportunities for multiple FOH positions- All rounder/ Bartender/ Barista/ Shift Supervisor.

To be considered for this role you:

  • Minimum of 2 years of hospitality experience;

  • Experience in either of - Bartending / Barista / Supervisory roles;

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills;

  • Passion for the industry and a strong sales culture;
  • RSA certificate;
  • Positive attitude and friendly demeanor;
  • Availability to work flexible hours , including early morning (i.e. barista)/ evenings and weekends;
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills;
  • Compliance with all food and beverage regulations;
  • Ability to assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations;
  • Have general cleaning and organisation stock management skills;
  • Have outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations;
  • Willingness to support on the floor as an all-rounder when required.
