Description:

As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. From managing staff to enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring operational efficiency, your leadership will be vital to our success.
Key Responsibilities:-
Lead, manage, and train the restaurant team to ensure exceptional service standards. Oversee daily operations, including reservations, table management, and customer inquiries.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and optimize restaurant performance.
Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and oversee inventory and supply orders.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with the culinary team to align front-of-house and kitchen operations seamlessly.
Address and resolve customer feedback professionally and efficiently.
Requirements:-A Diploma or higher qualification in Hospitality or a related field. At least one year of recent experience in a similar role, preferably in seafood focused restaurants. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, customer service, and financial management.
Passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating exceptional dining experiences.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
