Description:

We are seeking Front of House Assistant Manager to join our restaurant! The Front of House Assistant Manager is accountable for all day-to-day operational aspects and overall asset management of the restaurant as measured by total revenue and net income in relation to budget goals and objectives.
It is their responsibility to exceed every guest’s experience by maintaining the highest standard of food and beverage quality. As well, have the skills to handle stressful working conditions, possess excellent multitasking and can deal with frequent interruptions calmly and decisively.
A Vintage Group Front of House Manager adheres to company standards while exercising a proprietary style of management that conveys a strong sense of ownership.
Position: Front of House General Manager
Terms of Employment: Candidates must be flexible and have the ability to work various shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekends.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong leadership experience in a high volume, full-service restaurant
  • Proven ability to provide ongoing training in a positive and encouraging manner
  • Goal driven and organized
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Dedicated to continuous learning
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a manager
  • Extensive knowledge in Wine & Beverages
  • Hospitality and/or management degree considered an asset
