Food and Beverage Assistant / Accommodation Assistant (Morning Only)

OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE

The provision of efficient & friendly service of food & beverage to Oranmore Lodge hotel guests in a clean and comfortable environment. Ensuring that the highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated at all times within the food and beverage department. Clean a section of bedrooms, bathrooms, public areas, conference rooms as per the company policy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To report for work before commencement of your shift in clean and proper uniform as per uniform standards
• To follow instructions of shift team leader and hotel supervisors and managers on duty.
• Ensure superb customer care is delivered at all times
• Ensure a sales culture is nurtured to encourage additional sales at all times
• Ensure the highest standards of hygiene are maintained at all times
• To be capable of working in a busy bar and restaurant.
• to meet / greet guests on their arrival in the restaurant / bar / banqueting department
• to set up and serve breakfast, lunch
• clean a section of bedrooms, bathrooms, public areas, conference rooms as per the company policy
• be conscious of hotel security in relation to guest rooms i.e. guests must go to reception in order to gain access to a room without a key.
• comply with the security requirements of an occupied room.
• carry out any other reasonable request made by management from time to time
