IKEA Reading are looking to welcome Food and Beverage Assistants to join our delightful and hardworking team.
An IKEA Food Co-worker is like a culinary superhero! They whip up delicious Swedish treats, keep the food area sparkling clean, making sure those meatballs and lingonberry jam are always available. It’s all about creating a tasty and enjoyable experience for our customers.
All interviews will take place on the 26th of November 2024.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• The role will involve a variety of tasks, where you will be required to serve food, take payment at tills, clean and clear the restaurant and work behind the scenes to prepare food.
• Customer focused, by working together to create the best customer experience. Listen, act, and exceed their expectations every day.
• Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment for both our customers and co-workers.
• Support your colleagues, lend a hand, and foster a positive work environment, contributing to a happy team.
