We are looking for Food & Beverage Attendants who can service with smile and warmth delivering a high standard of customer service at Hilton Auckland’s iconic bar - Bellini Bar, stunning FISH restaurant and Banqueting events spaces. THIS ROLE INVOLVES:

• You to elevate the guest experience by delivering our signature beverages with high-energy and efficient table service of food and beverage
• Creating drinks and preparing and serving a wide range of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, pouring drinks, and ensuring that are served promptly
• Providing exceptional customer service by being friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the food & drinks menu’s and readiness to explain and recommend food & beverage contents
• Moving furniture within the hotel and from and to Ports of Auckland
• Set up event spaces and tables as per standards
• Taking guest orders, polishing glassware, and cash handling
• Managing a variety of customer types, inquiries, and complaints
• Crafting exquisite high teas

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE FOR THIS ROLE WILL BRING:

• 1+ years experience as Food & Beverage Attendant, Barista or Bartender
• 4 / 5 star hotel experience
• Friendly, positive, energetic and commitment
• Flexible availability and reliable - to work during the week, weekends and public holidays
• Knowledge of beverages including coffee, cocktail, spirit, and wine highly desirable
• Experience in POS ordering systems and cash handling
• A good understanding of wine, its service and recommendations to guests
• Good English communication skills
