Food and Beverage Attendant
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you are responsible for ensuring your guests receive their products/ orders and providing professional and consistently high levels of service. Your service philosophy will be to fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality by bringing Hiltons values to life in your everyday actions
- Greet and seat guests in a courteous and timely manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down events or special functions.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
