Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

We are seeking part time Food and Beverage Attendants in our restaurant, bar, conferencing, and room service functions, to ensure our guests have a great experience dining with us.
These fun and busy service roles suit people who are used to working in a fast paced environment, such as a large restaurant or hotel. You will be a professional at working under pressure whilst working to tight timeframes and problem solving on the spot.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide a warm engaging welcome to all guests
  • Preparation of the restaurant for breakfast service
  • Seating guests, taking orders and delivering exceptional service at all times
  • Taking external and internal phone inquiries and delivery of room service
  • Settling guest accounts
  • Ensuring a positive resolution and follow up with any guest complaints
