EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or GED; 5+ years’ experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.

OR

  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 3-years’ experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
  • Beneficial to have prior five-star hotel mixed with standalone restaurant experience.
  • Previous experience in a reservation/events/administration management & sales capacities will be viewed favorably.
  • Must have a Victorian RSA certificate & full Australian working right

Responsibilities:

  • Attends Food & Beverage & Marketing meetings when needed in support of delivering the hotel marketing plan & planning for special events & promotions.
  • Apart of the leadership team which strategically develops, plans, and brings to life key signature activations.
  • Works diligently with the Director of Food & Beverage to support the hotel sales team in driving revenue growth opportunities throughout Food & Beverage.
