Responsibilities:

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage all aspects of the food and beverage and culinary departments, tending to the travellers and exceeding their expectations
  • Responsible for managing all food and beverage outlets and kitchens, ensuring associates are providing classic and timeless experiences with each customer experience
  • Be an approachable and confident leader by providing comfort and support to the team
  • Ensure the restaurant is consistently prepared and always stocked through ordering and adequate planning
  • Lead the food and beverage department with all operational tasks, strategies and team building initiatives so associates feel part of the Four Points team
  • Be the main point of contact for all external & internal clients for the Food and Beverage department
  • Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures whilst demonstrating the Four Points Core values
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new travellers to enable future bookings
  • Prepare and conduct department training to enhance overall service quality with the traveller in mind

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Complies with all corporate accounting procedures.
  • Provides information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
  • Analyzes information and evaluates results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
  • Drives effective departmental communication and information systems through logs, department meetings and property meetings.
