POSITION SUMMARY:
- Manage all aspects of the food and beverage department, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations
- Responsible for managing all food and beverage outlets, ensuring associates are providing service excellence with each customer experience
- Be a dynamic and thoughtful leader by empowering and supporting your team
- Ensure the restaurant is consistently prepared and always stocked through ordering and adequate planning
- Lead the food and beverage department with all operational tasks, strategies and team building initiatives
- Be the main point of contact for all external & internal clients for the Food and Beverage department
- Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures whilst demonstrating the Marriott core values
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings
- Prepare and conduct department training to enhance overall service quality, setting the pace in the industry
