Purpose
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you are at the forefront of creating a variety of dining experiences that showcase exceptional taste and service. Your main goal is to guide a unified team, guaranteeing the flawless execution of food and beverage operations while maintaining the establishment’s high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Take the reins during busy service hours at the front of the house, setting the pace and leading by example
  • Collaborate with your team to spark motivation and attain exceptional results together
  • Contribute to creating schedules, nurturing team growth, and harmonising departmental efforts
  • Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere where you will turn every moment into a memory and every experience into a story
  • When challenges arise, your ability to transform obstacles into opportunities shines
  • Guide your team in attaining service excellence while actively seeking out information to enhance your product knowledge

Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated genuine passion and enthusiasm for the hospitably and food sector
  • Prior history of guiding and empowering teams with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Familiar and well-versed across diverse food & beverage settings and have flexibility to work across different schedules including weekends and public holidays as required
  • Possession of a valid RSA or an equivalent qualification for the specific Country / State / Territory
  • Passion for engaging with patrons and leading a team of diverse professionals
