Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

The Food & Beverage Supervisor has responsibility for the smooth day-to-day operation and management of Front of House team ensuring superior guest focus is at the forefront of all activities. The Food & Beverage Supervisor will supervise, train and coordinate the work of all Food & Beverage attendants. Ensuring efficiency standards are implemented, with a strong customer service.

DUTIES

  • Supervise and support F&B staff, including scheduling shifts and providing training.
  • Providing general food & beverage waiting duties, meeting and greeting guests, taking guest’s orders, clearing tables
  • Assisting with delivery, distribution and rotation of stock
  • Conducting stock takes and stock movement reporting
  • Monitoring rosters, team member allocation, daily changes and attendance approval
  • Identifying problems or issues that are required to be escalated to Senior Management
  • Maintaining safe work environment by assisting with implementation of OH&S policies and procedures
