JOB SUMMARY

Primarily responsible for managing and overseeing all food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards

  • Minimum Qualification : HND
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 3 years

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as Hotel Manager or relevant role
  • Degree in Business Administration, Hotel/Hospitality Management or relevant field
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills as well as a business mindset
  • Demonstrable aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
  • Reliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Outstanding leadership skills and a great attention to detail

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements.
  • Developing sound, cost-effective strategies for the purchasing of F&B
  • Carefully managing food and beverage costs and identifying areas where expenses can be reduced without compromising quality.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by engaging with guests, gathering feedback, and implementing improvements to dining experiences.
  • Overseeing procurement administration, such as the recording of purchases, storage, distribution transactions and contract execution.
  • Manage inventory and supply orders efficiently, optimizing stock levels to meet operational needs without excessive waste.
  • Developing risk management procedures to mitigate losses in the event of product shortages.
  • Maintain quality and hygiene standards across all operations, rigorously ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Check the menu pricing on the systems and ensure the correct prices are loaded.
  • Participate in stock-taking at the restaurants.
  • Spot-check to ensure that the scales are correct and goods are checked for quality.
  • Check and ensure that no material is issued out from the store without requisition or approval from the respective department head.
  • Communicating with management regularly regarding the efficient flow of goods and services affecting production
