GUEST EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE EXCELLENCE:

• By working closely with the team on the floor, identify opportunities to enhance the overall guest experience and drive revenue growth within the food and beverage department.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and implement initiatives to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty and brand exposure.
• Lead by example by fostering a culture of hospitality and teamwork among staff, and empowering team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Improve and maintain guest reviews.
