YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong background in Restaurant roles, preferably at 4-star level
  • Barista experience is a plus
  • Friendly, professional, and outgoing personality
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage busy service periods
  • Fluency in English

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver smooth, efficient, and attentive service to maximize guest satisfaction
  • Provide professional, friendly, and courteous interactions with all guests
  • Warmly welcome guests and inform them of available options and amenities
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our menu, wine list, and other offerings
  • Ensure prompt and consistent service of Food and Beverage products in line with Company standards
  • Stay informed on guest requests and collaborate with the team to adapt service as needed
  • Organize and prepare the bar for service, adhering to all cash handling procedures
  • Maintain a fluent level of spoken English and demonstrate excellent communication skills
