Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take orders and provide recommendations based on guests’ preferences.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately.
- Ensure tables are clean and set up according to the standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with a positive and proactive approach.
- Collaborate with team members to provide efficient and seamless service.
- Process payments and manage cash accurately.
