  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the hospitality industry.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Able to legally work in New Zealand

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take orders and provide recommendations based on guests’ preferences.
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure tables are clean and set up according to the standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns with a positive and proactive approach.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide efficient and seamless service.
  • Process payments and manage cash accurately.
