Description:

1. EXPERIENCE

  • Essential:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role within the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
  • Proven experience in budget management, cost control, and inventory management within an F&B setting.
  • Demonstrated background in menu planning, supplier coordination, and operational logistics.
  • Desirable:
  • Experience working in a high-volume or luxury hospitality environment.
  • Previous experience managing multi-outlet operations, including restaurants, bars and hotels.

2. KNOWLEDGE

  • Essential:
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage trends, menu development, and customer service best practices.
  • Good understanding of food safety regulations, health and safety standards, and local compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with hospitality management software (e.g., POS systems, reservation management systems).
  • Desirable:
  • Knowledge of cost-control strategies and revenue-enhancement practices.
  • Awareness of sustainability practices within the food and beverage sector.
