Description:
1. EXPERIENCE
- Essential:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role within the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
- Proven experience in budget management, cost control, and inventory management within an F&B setting.
- Demonstrated background in menu planning, supplier coordination, and operational logistics.
- Desirable:
- Experience working in a high-volume or luxury hospitality environment.
- Previous experience managing multi-outlet operations, including restaurants, bars and hotels.
2. KNOWLEDGE
- Essential:
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage trends, menu development, and customer service best practices.
- Good understanding of food safety regulations, health and safety standards, and local compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with hospitality management software (e.g., POS systems, reservation management systems).
- Desirable:
- Knowledge of cost-control strategies and revenue-enhancement practices.
- Awareness of sustainability practices within the food and beverage sector.
