Description:
Summary
Hyatt Regency Cape Town is currently seeking an Outlet Manager to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our Cape 126 Restuarant, Pool and Bar area.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Diploma or equivalent in hospitality management.
- 2-3 years’ experience as a team leader or outlet manager within in the hospitality industry.
- Experience working on POS system MICROS
- Stong leaderships skills
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, staff and other stakeholders.
- Problem Solving abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for outlets performance like personnel management, beverage and foods and other services.
- They monitor and make sure that there
- There is smooth running of customer service area and satisfaction.
- Managing of staff
- Hiring and training of new staff members
- Creating work schedules and assigning tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure outlets are well stocked, clean and meet all safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist with banqueting when required.
