Summary
Hyatt Regency Cape Town is currently seeking an Outlet Manager to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our Cape 126 Restuarant, Pool and Bar area.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Diploma or equivalent in hospitality management.
  • 2-3 years’ experience as a team leader or outlet manager within in the hospitality industry.
  • Experience working on POS system MICROS
  • Stong leaderships skills
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, staff and other stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for outlets performance like personnel management, beverage and foods and other services.
  • They monitor and make sure that there
  • There is smooth running of customer service area and satisfaction.
  • Managing of staff
  • Hiring and training of new staff members
  • Creating work schedules and assigning tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure outlets are well stocked, clean and meet all safety and hygiene standards.
  • Assist with banqueting when required.
