We are looking for a Experienced Food and Beverage Server’s to serve customers in a friendly and efficient manor. To ensure the expected high standards of customer service, health & safety, cleanliness and hygiene is maintained in the bar areas as a whole.

Responsibilities:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Working as part of our team, in a busy fast paced environment.
  • Responsibility for the quality and consistency of customer service and food standards.
  • Customer and staff welfare.
    Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

The service team would be required to complete the following tasks: -

  • Serving food, desserts and drink to customers
  • Clearing tables
  • Ensuring eating areas are clean, sanitised and tidy for our customers
  • Directing complaints to manager
  • Assisting with opening and closing duties

MAIN TASKS AND DUTIES

  • To adhere to company’s health and safety policies;
  • To maintain and operate the bar area in an efficient manner;
  • To serve and deliver drinks to customers;
  • Excellent customer service
  • To serve food in an efficient manner to the customer;
  • To operate a cash float according to procedures;
  • To replenish stock as when required to do so;
  • To ensure facilities hygiene standards are maintained;
  • To promote and sell the hotel and its products with a friendly and helpful manner;
  • To maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance;
  • To attend training courses as and when necessary;
  • To ensure effective communication to management and peers;
  • To ensure that due care is taken for the health and safety of yourself, other employees, residents, customers and any other persons on the premises;
  • Report and where appropriate take action on any incident, fire, loss or damage;
  • To report all maintenance issues and take appropriate action;
  • Setting up & closing rooms for weddings/functions and general hotel use;
    Any other duties and responsibilities as requested by the management
