QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in social media content creation, particularly for food & beverage or hospitality brands.
  • Strong photography, video production, and editing skills for creating captivating content.
  • Familiarity with popular social media platforms and tools (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), and an understanding of engagement tactics.
  • A keen eye for design, storytelling, and brand aesthetics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proactive, creative, and adaptable with the ability to stay on top of trends in food, social media, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Facebook Analytics) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Content Creation & Management: Assist in the development and execution of social media content calendars, ensuring posts are engaging, consistent, and aligned with the brand’s voice.
  • Visual Storytelling: Capture and create high-quality photos and videos to showcase our F&B outlets, including dishes, events, behind-the-scenes moments, and promotions.
  • Collaborating with Outlet Teams: Work closely with the outlet managers, chefs, and staff to highlight new offerings, seasonal specials, and other exciting happenings within the outlets.
  • Campaign Support: Assist in executing social media campaigns and promotions that drive customer engagement and increase awareness of our F&B outlets.
  • Trend Research & Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with the latest food trends, social media best practices, and competitor activity, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the table.
  • Community Engagement: Interact with customers on social media, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a loyal and engaged community around our brands.
  • External Relations & Partnerships: Help coordinate with PR teams, influencers, and local partners to support promotional events and collaborations.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Track performance on social platforms, assist in analyzing the effectiveness of campaigns, and provide regular reports on engagement, growth, and content performance.
