Position Overview: We are currently hiring a skilled Sushi Sushi Shift Supervisor to oversee our sushi outlet operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the team, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining quality standards, and driving business growth.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry, preferably in a sushi restaurant or similar establishment.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively supervise a diverse team.
Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in an airport setting (not mandatory).
A passion for sushi and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences to customers.
Responsibilities:
Oversee your team and the Sushi Sushi outlet.
Train, mentor, and motivate staff to provide outstanding customer service and uphold food safety standards.
Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and compliance with company standards.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, drive profitability, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
