Responsibilities:

  • To ensure that the highest standards of food and beverage and hospitality are demonstrated at all times by:
  • Complete all relevant procedures in relation to the respective department as laid down by the company.
  • Promote the desired work culture around our company values.
  • Deliver food and beverage service to a high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures.
  • Develop departmental standards and procedures to promote sales and beverage creativity and profit
  • Communicate to his/her superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information
  • Deliver daily briefings and attends other food and beverage meetings as scheduled
  • Complete training sessions in line with a departmental monthly training calendar
  • Carrying out effective service by ensuring all staff are aware of their role
  • Complying with hotel rules, regulations and provisions contained in the Employee Handbook
  • Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene and Fire Life Safety
