Responsibilities:
- To ensure that the highest standards of food and beverage and hospitality are demonstrated at all times by:
- Complete all relevant procedures in relation to the respective department as laid down by the company.
- Promote the desired work culture around our company values.
- Deliver food and beverage service to a high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures.
- Develop departmental standards and procedures to promote sales and beverage creativity and profit
- Communicate to his/her superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information
- Deliver daily briefings and attends other food and beverage meetings as scheduled
- Complete training sessions in line with a departmental monthly training calendar
- Carrying out effective service by ensuring all staff are aware of their role
- Complying with hotel rules, regulations and provisions contained in the Employee Handbook
- Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene and Fire Life Safety
