REQUIREMENTS:

For the Team Leader role we are seeking a professional displaying the following skills and attributes:

  • Previous experience in supervisor / team leader positions advantageous
  • Exceptional food, wine and beverage knowledge
  • Able to work calmly and accurately under pressure
  • have an understanding of cost of goods and pricing
  • Able to maintain stock control and have experience with invoicing
  • Have genuine passion for the hospitality industry
  • Have an eye for detail
  • Able to work within a team
  • Be innovative but still follow direction
  • Have genuine passion for the hospitality industry
  • Be passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience
  • Be hard working, dedicated and professional in all aspects of working life
