Responsible for providing excellent dining experiences, our Food & Beverage team is proactive, welcoming and expert with providing service to our guests. We are currently seeking passionate industry professionals to fill a Food & Beverage Team Leader role to assist with the execution of 5* service.

REQUIREMENTS:
For the Team Leader role we are seeking a professional displaying the following skills and attributes:
- Previous experience in supervisor / team leader positions advantageous
- Exceptional food, wine and beverage knowledge
- Coffee skills highly regarded
- Able to work calmly and accurately under pressure
- have an understanding of cost of goods and pricing
- Able to maintain stock control
- Manage amenities set up
- Have genuine passion for the hospitality industry
- Have an eye for detail
- Able to work within a team
- Be innovative but still follow direction
- Have genuine passion for the hospitality industry
- Be passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience
- Be hard working, dedicated and professional in all aspects of working life
