JOB INFO:

• Salary Range $7000 - $9000
• Monday to Friday, 8.30AM to 6.00PM
• Office Location: Woodlands Heights
• Open to traveling

• Manage financial and operational performance of business in Singapore and Overseas.
• Prepare and oversee the annual budget in collaboration with senior management.
• Lead projects from tender to opening, ensuring successful lease transactions.
• Guide teams in identifying business opportunities, managing sites, and preparing proposals.
• Review site ROIs and report on performance, sales, and budget to senior management.
• Maintain service quality and implement cost control systems.
• Address operational issues, ensuring effective coordination across functions.
• Manage store labor and vendor relationships efficiently.
• Promote training culture and ensure legislative compliance.Ensure management succession and represent the company in community efforts.
