JOB DESCRIPTION:

You can expect to be involved in:

• Supervise Production Operations: Manage daily production activities, including scheduling, monitoring processes, and meeting production targets.
• Ensure Quality and Food Safety: Implement stringent quality control measures (e.g. HACCP), conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate production staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
• Production Planning and Optimization: Collaborate with the team to develop schedules, optimize resources, and minimize waste.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, cost reduction, and operational excellence.
• Inventory Management: Monitor raw materials and packaging inventory, coordinate with procurement for timely supplies.
• Maintains manufacturing procedures & specifications: Attend to all product quality, production manpower & technical issue.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate production records, reports, and provide updates on performance to management.
