Additional Information:

  • This role is Permanent Full-time, 76hrs/fortnight.
  • In this role you will have a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts (from 7:00am to 9:00pm).
  • You have the availability to work alternating weekend shifts (both Saturday and Sunday).

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the Food department within our unit, to provide a seamless food offer to our co-workers, onsite visitors, and contractors.
  • Lead and coach the operations team in optimising and developing the IKEA Food business by securing the IKEA brand position, strategies, legal compliance, and people & planet positive in all IKEA touchpoints.
  • Manage the recruitment, retention, performance management, succession planning and competence development of your team.
  • Secure processes and procedures to ensure quality of food, food safety, excellence in operations and reduce waste.
  • Implement global and national compliance standards, managing the food supply chain and range competence within the department.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management and ordering of supplies.
  • Secure an irresistible food offer by designing menus, ensuring quality and an appealing range presentation
